Andrea Groff is an experienced healthcare leader with over 15 years in the health and community care sectors. She returns to EHN Bellwood Toronto as Executive Director after previously serving as Director of Operations, where she led key initiatives in quality improvement, accreditation, and program evaluation.
Andrea brings a strong background in clinical operations, primary care, mental health service delivery, and quality of care improvement with past leadership roles at Health for All Family Health Team and Ontario Health Team Northumberland, as well as a master’s degree in leadership with a health specialization from Royal Roads University. She is passionate about client-centred care, strategic planning, and building high-performing teams that support recovery and long-term outcomes.

Marteen has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, relationship development, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales and community engagement. Since joining EHN Canada in 2016, she has developed strong connections with hospitals, community treatment programs, private practice clinicians, disability management organizations, safety-sensitive employers and first responder groups.
Previously, as a Corporate Care Specialist with EHN Canada, Marteen facilitated inpatient referrals for clients referred by Veterans Affairs Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces and the RCMP. Through this work, she helped strengthen support for military, veteran and first responder communities. In her current role, she continues to foster trusted referral relationships and support meaningful outcomes across the EHN Guardians network.

Omer is a seasoned healthcare leader specializing in mental health and addictions, with over 15 years of experience in client-centered care and operational management.
In his prior role, Omer managed the Operational Stress Injury Clinic at St. Joseph’s Health Care London, supporting a multidisciplinary team in providing care for veterans, active service members, and RCMP officers. Omer holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Certified Health Executive, bringing a passion for compassionate, high-quality care to his work at EHN Canada.

Author, Speaker, Advocate, Advanced Care Paramedic (Ret’d)
Natalie Harris is an author, speaker, advocate, as well as a retired Advanced Care Paramedic who brings lived experience from the front lines of emergency medicine to conversations about trauma, identity, meaning, purpose, and rebuilding a meaningful life after adversity.
She is the founder of Wings of Change Peer Support, a national peer-support initiative for first responders, and the author of Save-My-Life School: A First Responder’s Mental Health Journey, featuring a foreword by six-time Olympic medalist Clara Hughes. She is co-author, with psychologist Dr. Jonathan Douglas, of Growth After Trauma: Beyond Save My Life School. Her advocacy contributed to the passage of Ontario’s PTSD legislation, Bill 163, and Canada’s federal PTSD legislation, Bill C-211.
She also testified before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Health as part of the national conversation surrounding PTSD and Canada’s public safety personnel.
A former Barrie City Councillor, Natalie has dedicated much of her career to public service, advocacy, peer support, and creating conversations that challenge how we understand trauma and what may become possible through Beyond Survival with Natalie Harris™.
