Andrea Groff is an experienced healthcare leader with over 15 years in the health and community care sectors. She returns to EHN Bellwood Toronto as Executive Director after previously serving as Director of Operations, where she led key initiatives in quality improvement, accreditation, and program evaluation.
Andrea brings a strong background in clinical operations, primary care, mental health service delivery, and quality of care improvement with past leadership roles at Health for All Family Health Team and Ontario Health Team Northumberland, as well as a master’s degree in leadership with a health specialization from Royal Roads University. She is passionate about client-centred care, strategic planning, and building high-performing teams that support recovery and long-term outcomes.

Marteen has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, relationship development, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales and community engagement. Since joining EHN Canada in 2016, she has developed strong connections with hospitals, community treatment programs, private practice clinicians, disability management organizations, safety-sensitive employers and first responder groups.
Previously, as a Corporate Care Specialist with EHN Canada, Marteen facilitated inpatient referrals for clients referred by Veterans Affairs Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces and the RCMP. Through this work, she helped strengthen support for military, veteran and first responder communities. In her current role, she continues to foster trusted referral relationships and support meaningful outcomes across the EHN Guardians network.

Omer is a seasoned healthcare leader specializing in mental health and addictions, with over 15 years of experience in client-centered care and operational management.
In his prior role, Omer managed the Operational Stress Injury Clinic at St. Joseph’s Health Care London, supporting a multidisciplinary team in providing care for veterans, active service members, and RCMP officers. Omer holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Certified Health Executive, bringing a passion for compassionate, high-quality care to his work at EHN Canada.

Yes, we can host a maximum of 70 participants so please register. We want to track numbers so the Chef and Fire Marshall are happy!
