Alyssa Schmidt, Founder and Co-Owner, 4 Points Health and Wellness
Alyssa, founder and owner of 4 Points Health and Wellness, grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, with a deep passion for health and well-being. After completing university, she worked in an intensive trauma treatment home for children, where she witnessed firsthand the impact of stress, trauma, and physical health on overall well-being. This experience shaped her vision for a more holistic, integrative approach to health—one that goes beyond isolated treatments to address the whole person.
In 2014, she founded 4 Points Health and Wellness with the belief that true health is built on four essential pillars: physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. By combining multiple modalities—including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and movement practices like yoga—she created a space where people could access collaborative care tailored to their unique needs.
Having faced her own challenges with burnout and balance, Alyssa is committed to helping others navigate their health journey in a sustainable, empowering way. Her mission is to support individuals in becoming the healthiest versions of themselves—so they can thrive not just in their bodies, but in every aspect of life.
Victoria LaBerge Registered Provisional Psychologist, 4 Points Health and Wellness
Victoria has been working as a therapist for three years and became a Registered Provisional Psychologist in June of 2024. She is currently working towards becoming fully registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Graduating with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology in 2022, Victoria has additional training in trauma-informed interventions and modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Victoria applies a client-centered, compassion-focused, and biopsychosocial approach to her practice as a therapist, with the holistic belief and understanding that no stone should be left unturned when it comes to how and why clients’ maladaptive behaviours and post-traumatic stress injuries continue to persist. Victoria’s personal experience as part of a military and first-responder family enable her to offer her clients’ an in-depth understanding of the lives and industry-related experiences of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, Veterans, First Responders, and their loved ones.
Dr. Brett Klesko, Co-Owner, Chiropractor, 4 Points Health and Wellness
Dr. Klesko is a second-generation chiropractor who has been immersed in a healthy lifestyle since birth. Raised in a household that prioritized wellness, he developed a deep appreciation for proactive health; an approach he has carried into both his personal life and professional career.
Since becoming a chiropractor in 2013, Dr. Klesko has dedicated himself to helping others take control of their health. His philosophy is simple: focus on what we can control, our lifestyle choices, while learning to let go of what we cannot. This ideology fuels his passion for empowering patients to build sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.
His dream was always to create a multidisciplinary practice that provides comprehensive, patient-centered care. That vision became a reality when he met Alyssa and discovered a shared commitment to a holistic approach to health. Recognizing their aligned goals, he joined as an owner of 4 Points Health and Wellness, where he continues to lead and innovate in the field of integrative health.
Driven by his belief in the power of prevention, Dr. Klesko is committed to helping individuals unlock their full health potential—guiding them toward a balanced, active, and fulfilling life.
